What should I send for a quotation?
Send the single-line diagram or BOQ, the plant location and the scope you have in mind. An engineer reviews your requirements and usually provides an initial response within one working day. Our quote checklist lists everything that speeds it up.
Do you build the panels yourselves?
Yes. Enclosures, busbars and wiring are fabricated in our own Hisar shop, which has a CNC press brake, a fibre laser and busbar bending and shearing. Panels are drawn in EPLAN, and PLC and SCADA are built and tested before dispatch.
Which PLC and SCADA platforms do you work on?
We are a Mitsubishi Electric authorised channel partner and program iQ-R, iQ-F and FX5 controllers. SCADA is built on GENESIS64 / ICONICS. We also migrate obsolete Siemens, ABB and unbranded PLC systems.
Can you replace an old PLC without a long shutdown?
We plan legacy migrations around your available shutdown window. The duration depends on the scope, existing system and testing requirements. At Hero MotoCorp, Haridwar we replaced the PLC, I/O, network and SCADA of a 132 kV switchyard and four substations, moving from Siemens to Mitsubishi.
Which certifications and standards do you hold?
We hold ISO 9001:2015 for our quality system, a CPRI type test on our 6300 A busbar design (temperature rise, 70 kA short circuit, dielectric, clearance and IP65), and Mitsubishi Electric authorised partner status. Panels are built to IEC standards and to IP41, IP42, IP55 or project-specific ratings. See the certificates.
Do you work outside Haryana?
Yes. We have commissioned plants across Haryana, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, UP and the North-East, using our own site engineers and 30+ contract electricians.
Do you offer maintenance and breakdown support?
Yes. We offer annual maintenance contracts, spares and breakdown response for everything we install. Our Utility Cockpit AMC at Hero MotoCorp has been renewed three years running, and we replaced seven fire-damaged VFD panels at Star Cement within ten days.
Can I visit your factory?
Yes, by appointment. Choose Factory visit in the contact form to walk the floor and meet the engineers on your job.
